Damaged/Defective Products or Wrong Item Received?

Each of our vibrators is tested before we ship it to make sure that it is working properly. But we get it, weird stuff happens. If any product malfunctions due to manufacturer’s defect, we will gladly replace the item within thirty days of purchase. Please contact us before shipping so we can authorize the return. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be in original condition. Merchandise returned that is intentionally damaged or clearly used will not be refunded or exchanged. Exceptions are made in case of manufacturer’s defects.  Once confirmed, simply return it to us, postage paid, and we will send you a replacement. Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges on most opened items like vibrators, dildos, butt plugs(sex toys), lotions, lubricants and edibles. *If your product has a manufacturer’s warranty, please deal directly with manufacturer.
