Inspire Kegel Training Kit Product Description

This weighted kegel training kit is designed to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles in order to improve your core strength and increase your sexual satisfaction. This easy-to-use kit contains 3 contoured and weighted exercisers for gradual strengthening of the kegel muscles. Each piece is made from silky smooth, phthalate-free silicone and features an easy retrieval cord for extra comfort.

When using this kegel training kit,it is recommended that you use a quality lube for comfortable insertion. Begin exercising by inserting the largest and lightest weight, and gradually progress to the heaviest, but smallest exerciser. Before and after use, always clean all pieces in warm, soapy water, or use a spray toy cleaner.
